This site aims to distance selling perfumes, cosmetics, home fragrances and fashion accessories to individuals. Accordingly, for any person to order a product offered for sale on the website of the company PRO COSMETIC product implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions which the Buyer acknowledges before ordering.
The company PRO COSMETIC reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions. They are available at all on the website www.evody-parfums.com

Article 2. Prices
Selling prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT), excluding the cost of shipping (see below conditions port). Shipping charges are shown before the registration of the order by the purchaser. The mode of transport and the cost depends on the weight of the order and according to the destination country.
The sale price of the products can be modified by the company PRO COSMETIC at any time. This change will be reported to the Buyer before ordering.
The price is to be paid in euros and is always clearly indicated before the confirmation of the order.
For orders from a foreign country other than France, taxes or customs duties are due once the package reaches its destination country. You must pay any additional tax. Article 3.1. Samples
We provide the buyer a sample program for certain products and with the extent of available stocks. These are limited to three in order. They are free and mailed through the postal costs and administrative expenses and management port.


Article 4. Product Availability
The deals offered on the Site are valid only in limited quantity. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, we undertake to inform you in 48 hours and tell you the wait time for receipt of the product or offer a similar product.

Article 5. Delivery
PRO COSMETIC is committed to make every effort to deliver the order within the shortest time, and upon receipt of the order. The products are delivered to the address specified in your order. Delays correspond to the time of the post (registered Chrono post).
PRO COSMETIC society can not be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery.
If delivered on different dates because of their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. However, the company PRO COSMETIC reserves the right to split deliveries. The fee for processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment. In this case, a letter will be sent. Delays in delivery shall not give rise to any penalty or compensation, or motivate the cancellation of the order.

Article 5.1 Features Colissimo system POST
Buyer is delivered to his home by his factor and sign a delivery note acknowledgment. In case of absence, the buyer or recipient of the item receives a notice of his factor, which allows him to pick up the parcel at the post office nearest you, for a period of fifteen days.

Article 5.2 of delivery by Chronopost
The buyer is delivered to his home by the delivery of the company Chronopost and electronically sign a receipt.
In case of absence, the buyer or recipient of the item receives a calling card, which allows him to contact the carrier to arrange another delivery day.
The buyer is responsible for checking the presence of the delivery condition of the package and the number of packages delivered.
In case of doubt, it shall refuse the package and report these incidents to the company PRO COSMETIC.

Article 6. Time
Delivery times, following confirmation of your order, are:
- Colissimo MAIL: 3-5 days
- Chronopost: 2-3 working days.

Article 7. Reimbursement
If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry. Turn the us simply in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receipt PRO COSMETIC Customer Service - 7 RUE DU FBG MONTMARTRE 75009 PARIS. We are committed to exchange it or if you wish, you pay by check within 15 days of receipt by us as follows:
- The package is returned unopened, we will refund the price of the package and the cost of any shipping.
- The product is returned to your simple will, we will refund the price of the product, the cost of return remains at your expense.
- The product is returned because of our responsibility, we will refund the product, shipping and return potential.
- Products whose packaging had been opened and / or used can not be returned.

Article 8. Right of withdrawal

This contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is the French language.
In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
